On Wednesday, May 31st at 6:30pm PDT, CAM is digging into the deep-rooted history of boba. The roundtable discussion includes “the boba show” co-curator Dr. Juily Phun and food historian Dr. Yong Chen. Moderating the conversation is writer and journalist Esther Tseng. Explore the origin story of this cross-cultural phenomenon and the spaces boba has historically created in BIPOC communities and here, inside our museum!
